URBAN PRACTICE:

Drawing on recent trends in informal urban furniture, viz. the slack line, the slack loom seeks to stimulate the pursuit of play and virtuosity in urban space.

SOCIAL EXPERIENCE:

Based on a metaphor of transit, crossing and enmeshment, play in the loom is expected to multiply, thicken and make manifest the storylines and interrelationships of those who enter it.
